Today’s 17 miler started off great until about mile six. I’ve had this nagging ingrown toenail on my left big toe. I stopped at mile eight and now…I am about to leave for the Kaiser Urgent Care. Hopefully I can get it taken care off and get back to running soon. This sucks…really bad. 
I will write more once I get back from the doctor.
